Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
Brussels, Belgium | Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, MedTech | Hybrid working model
You will be responsible for recruitment activities across Belgium and the Netherlands, working closely with local hiring managers and international stakeholders.
You will join a collaborative and well-established recruitment team that is part of a larger international organization active across pharma, biotech, and healthcare services.
Your Role
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a broad range of commercial and medical roles, including Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, and Marketing positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a reliable and proactive recruitment advisor
- Identify and engage candidates through direct search, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct structured interviews, prepare clear and transparent candidate presentations, and ensure a professional and respectful candidate experience
- Take part in client‑facing meetings, briefings, and presentations, as well as international recruitment projects
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and project managers across Europe and the United States
Your Profile
- Fluency in three languages is essential: Dutch, French, English (professional / business level)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, either at: an early professional stage, or a solid to senior level
- Proven exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural context
- Structured, hands‑on, and people‑oriented working style
- Professional, discreet, and quality‑focused approach to recruitment
